RIPPLE ROCK SINGLE MALT AN EXPLOSION OF FLAVOUR
Campbell River’s 1958 Ripple Rock explosion is the inspiration behind this expression of Shelter Point single malt whisky, aged in alligator charred virgin American oak casks and bourbon barrels. Distilled in traditional pot stills with water from our aquifer, Ripple Rock explodes with flavour, with vanilla spice and oak on the nose, caramel with raisins, barbeque notes, pepper and clove on the palate, balanced with toffee and chocolate on the finish. 93 Points & Editor’s Choice – Whisky Advocate. On Island Time
Barrel warehouses located close to the ocean allow our spirit to mature slowly.

ESTATE WHISKY FROM ESTATE GROWN BARLEY TO WHISKY
Very few whiskies in the world can claim to be grown, distilled and bottled in the same location. We are proud to present this unique Ten Year Old Estate Whisky. Distilled from barley grown on Shelter Point Farm and it truly encapsulates the flavours of this beautiful location. The nose reflects the view of a field full of ripening barley, honey sweetness with hints of apple and orange blossom. This continues on the palate where the creamy mouthfeel delivers nutty, vanilla richness. Turning to face the forest and the ocean the finish brings a buttery salty-ness with hints of dark chocolate, leather and tobacco.

SMOKE POINT A FIRESIDE DRAM
Smoke Point single malt whisky is a proprietary vatting of whisky that has been aged in barrels smoked with driftwood from our shore and native woods found around the distillery. The rich smoky flavours carry a salty tang and hint of iodine from the seaweed and salt on the driftwood that balances perfectly with the sweet creamy mouthfeel of this award-winning whisky. Experience campfire, cigar smoke and oak on the nose. Chocolate, fruit, and toffee on the palette, finishing in a delicious combination of creme brulée and salty graham cracker. In Smoke Point we have created a whisky for you to enjoy that captures the spirit of the island campfire and brings the best of Vancouver Island to the canon of smoky, peaty whiskies.

Still Quality
The distillery features wash and spirit copper pot stills made by Forsyths.

EVANS FAMILY RESERVE CORUJA CASK FINISH
This single malt release, finished in casks used in the making of a port-style fortified wine here in British Columbia. While visiting The Burrowing Owl Estate Winery in 2024 we got to try the Coruja (Portugese for Owl) and were immediately impressed with its quality and uniqueness. The Coruja is matured in barrels using a solera system, having used Port Pipes from Europe in the past we knew right away that we wanted to finish a whisky in one of these barrels.
Tasting Notes: On the nose a wave of fruit breaks over you, deep, rich berries topped off with a hint of tropical notes. An undertow of clove brings a whisper of mulled wine. On the palate there are notes of orange and almond, with a butterscotch sweetness underpinned by baking spices. The finish is long, strawberries with black pepper, dark chocolate fudge with a hint of salt, sage and oregano.
