1.5 oz. Shelter Point whisky
1.5 oz. Prosecco
2 tablespoons cider orange honey syrup

Measure and pour whisky and syrup into a Boston Shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a champagne saucer. Top with Prosecco and garnish with a small sprig of rosemary.


Cider orange honey syrup


1 cup orange juice
½ cup honey
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

Whisk honey, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and orange juice together in a small saucepan over medium heat until the liquid starts to bubble. Remove from heat and let cool for five minutes. Store in fridge. Keeps for about two weeks.
